It was the proper call, but they need to just put flags on QBs. Can't go low, can't go high, can't lead with the crown, can't put hands on the helmet area, can't lead with the shoulder, etc.
He'll probably be wishing he weren't tomorrow morning when the soreness from that hit sets in.
