I don't think the LDS would let that many blacks move to the state all at once. At least, not unless most of them were quasi-country bumpkin types like Karl Malone was. Gotta be willing to wear flannel and go hunting and fishing, otherwise no dice. Wear a gold chain necklace? No dice. Have multiple kids out of wedlock? No dice. I'm not sure that we'll "let" him go but there's been some reports that Hoyer won't resign with Cleveland with Manziel in the background. He, rightfully, doesn't want another summer of everyone second guessing him over a media whore rookie who is famous for his antics off the field instead of his actual game.
