I don't think the LDS would let that many blacks move to the state all at once. At least, not unless most of them were quasi-country bumpkin types like Karl Malone was. I'm not sure that we'll "let" him go but there's been some reports that Hoyer won't resign with Cleveland with Manziel in the background.
