Sherman is such a fucking spazz. I can at least respect Earl Thomas because he doesn't act like a fucking tool, but Sherman...oh well.

That's that.

Boone's holdout, Kilgore on IR, and Davis constantly hurt doesn't help. Take away 3 of Manning's starting offensive lineman and see how well he does. Kaepernick just isn't very good, but let's get a little perspective here..
I'm sure thats why Kaepernick just threw another pick.

Well I cannot say I predicted this out come but I am pleasantly surprised. I guess getting the players back the other week really helped. Since the Cardinals game they are playing like a whole different team than a few weeks ago.

What a shit show. I think it's time to start thinking about what team I'm going to root for in the playoffs.

Whoever shambles out of the NFC South.
I could do that, but then I'd just have to pick another team after wild card weekend.

And Kaepernick sucked ass tonight, but I think it's going to far to say that the 49ers are a dumpster fire. Remember that Seattle did the exact same thing to the Cardinals last week. Somehow their defense just returned to 2013 levels in the last two weeks.

Every deep throw from Kaepernick is going to nobody. There is literally nobody open and he just throws it and hopes someone is there to catch it.
This. So much this. And maybe I just had blinders on because I was so excited to seeANYsort of deep pass being thrown at all after the Alex Smith era, but I always thought the deep ball was one of the strengths of Kaep's game. So far this season it seems like he is just lofting 50/50 balls up there hoping for a PI call or something.

Either way, no excuse with the weapons they have on hand now, I think Kaepernick is the main reason this offense is sputtering.

Except the Cardinals have had a lukewarm offense all season, so shutting that down is no huge accomplishment. I mean obviously calling a 7-5 team a dumpster fire is pretty ridiculous, but good god they've looked awful this season. Lost to the Bears, lost to the Rams, squeaked past the Saints in OT, single score wins over the Redskins and Giants.

Not to mention the Seahawks crushed them at home. In two weeks they're playing Seattle again, this time at Seattle, so expect Kaepernick to waste timeouts at a record pace trying to avoid delay of game as they get trashed again.

Weird that their resurgence lines up perfectly with the predictable decrease in calls of the recently emphasized coverage rules.

Lost to the Bears, lost to the Rams
I think I made mention of it when it happened, but the losses to the Bears and Rams are the real games that will haunt us, and likely keep us out of the playoffs. Those were both games where we literally snatched defeat from the jaws of victory.

It's amazing to me that a team which beats the Eagles, KC, and Dallas, looks as awful as it does. The offense, starting with the Rams game, has looked like absolute trash.

Dallas really stunk it up yesterday. Not much more to say about it. They need to go 3-1 down the stretch to have a decent shot at the playoffs. It's too much to hope that the Eagles go 2-2 at the same time. 11-5 isn't even a guaranteed spot. It does, however, pretty much mean Garrett gets an extension. I can think of worse things for the organization to do.

you don't think the 49ers can beat out Dallas or Detroit for a wild card spot?
It's definitely possible, but their last 4 games are Oakland, Seattle, San Diego, Arizona. They probably need to at least go 3-1 and that won't be easy to do unless one of those teams stinks it up from here out. They do have a tiebreaker vs. Dallas at least. Either way they aren't going to beat many teams in the playoffs if they can't score more than 15 points in a game.

Well, the game last night makes the game in Seattle look like a guaranteed loss. Then you still have potential losses to San Diego and Arizona. Hell, I wouldn't be shocked to see Oakland upset us. However, even if weonlylose the Seattle game, I just don't see Dallas and Detroit collapsing.
