Still too early to tell. They can't afford another game like yesterday, that's for sure (he says in a Madden-voice). Even going 3-1 isn't a guarantee of anything other than being in the conversation when the dust settles. They may just find themselves at 11-5 and on the outside looking in.

I still think the Eagles are doing a lot of things with smoke and mirrors. The Seattle game will be very telling and I wouldn't discount a McCoy-led Washington team to pull off the upset over them in week 16. They probably go 3-1 and lock up the division in week 16 though.

At this point I would prefer to see the 49ers lose out, except maybe beating Oakland because fuck those guys. I had pretty high hopes all season for this team, and each week I get a little more disappointing. So if they can go ahead and be eliminated from the playoffs now, I can stop stressing over the season. I don't know why I keep expecting something to suddenly change when they come out to play, and that the offense will somehow magically show up. Unless they find some offense, they would get raped in the playoffs anyway.

Sucks to go into a season with so much hope and just have it completely dashed. Of course now the Harbaugh leaving speculation is going to go into overdrive.

His win isn't based on the appropriateness of the sentence, but rather that Goodell changed it. In other words, the fact that Rice knocked his fiance out has no bearing here.

I'm not defending Goodell here since it seems he did have a correct account and possibly the video before passing the 2 game ban, but if I'm him I'd be tempted to throw the book at everyone and let the appeals process take the heat with the public for sentence reductions.

He has already changed his stance on domestic violence and the punishment the league gives for it.

Did anyone that wasn't a troll watch the game? They made allot of questionable decisions. If the eagles were setting the pace, why didn't we ever match them with a hurry up offense? Dallas was litteraly walking up to the line every time like a bunch of grandpas.

Also at what point do you stop running on first down against the eagles?? Every single time we had the ball it was run, run, pass.


The major thing tho is Romo is definitely hurt right now. That staff needs to get him an MRI today, and see what exactly were are dealing with for the rest of the season.
If you look at his arm strength in that game, and the way he is moving in the pocket this is not the same romo pre injury.
