Hot damn, it's about time. I have no fucking clue how he lasted so long. Not like it will matter much; the team is still complete and utter shit all around.

The decision to reinstate him and with that statement is almost a backhand slap against Suh and the Lions. Suh because the Lions readily admitted they aren't as good defensively without him in the game and the Lions because the NFL happened to agree with them. This is basically the NFL saying they want a competitive game and without Suh they won't get that.Total bullshit. There is no way Suh didnt know he cleated Rodgers, if you've ever stepped on someone accidentally, its pretty obvious. And if it wasn't intentional, he would have at least turned back to look at him on the ground. Suh cleats him twice, and just strolls off, pretending like he didnt even feel it.
Also as I understand it some formula the NFL uses to dish out discipline actually resulted in Suh not technically being on the "repeat offender" list meaning he shouldn't have been suspended and only fined. The decision to reinstate him and with that statement is almost a backhand slap against Suh and the Lions. According to NFL rules, a player who goes 32 games (including a maximum of two preseason games) without a violation is removed from the list.
Thus, his history as a repeat offender was never cited in this week's case.
Oh, is that the point you were trying to make? I honestly thought you were making fun of GB fans pretending they had no receivers to throw to or something. I think it's been a couple years since a Cowboy fan was trying to make a case for Dez being the best in the league. You think I don't know that? Brown, Beckham, Megatron, and probably Green (Evans might be in this discussion soon also) are all better than Dez. Sadly, it doesn't stop moron Cowboys fans from thinking Dez is the best WR in the game. All because he scores on some 8 yard curl route and stiff-armed a bunch of shitty Redskin defenders on his way to the endzone.
He also has the best running game of the three, doesn't he? That can both help and hurt, but mostly it hurts him cause there's only one ball to go around.Eh, I'd say the top three are probably Beckham, Megatron, and Bryant, maybe in that order. Of those three, Bryant definitely has the best QB throwing to him, which certainly helps him a lot.
Hell, Dallas fans probably knew he was almost inactive for sunday anyway in favor of Josh Brent.Everyone knew he was gone Sunday, Dallas fans anyways.
But then they made Josh Brent inactive because his calf was tight or stiff, or whatever. Im not trying to be a dick but Melton loss isn't a huge deal, Melton won't be back with the Cowboys unless he reworks the option on the extension of his contract to take about 2-3 million instead of 9 million (the guy was basically playing for peanuts this year trying to earn the option) for next year then I wouldn't mind seeing him around again.Oh, is that the point you were trying to make? Sanchez made 2 straight AFC Championships. Your argument is invalid.1-3 in the playoffs in 8 years. I don't think you will find a stat like that on many "elite" resumes.
Trolling or ignorant, I'm going to go with piss poor attempt at trolling. It must be awesome having an elite quarterback and missing the playoffs 2/3 of the time. Tony is pretty good but he's no Mark Sanchez.
I miss the days when people based their opinion of a QB based on the player and not the team around them, back when people had the balls to cut shitty SB winning QB'S before training camp. Can we have the argument where Trent Dilfer is considered elite because he won a Super Bowl and Dan Marino isn't because he didn't?
Because I miss that argument.
So much.
If I am the head of NFL officiating I tell them to watch Suh and if he even comes remotely close to a dirty play, eject his ass.Yeah the calculus that its ok to reinstate Suh because the Lions have no chance without him is bullshit. Its basically saying "cheating is ok if you are a playoff team", which I guess there are other offenders out there, too. But even if you accept that logic, its stupid because stomping on Rodgers should have cancelled that out of the equation. Far less people give a rats ass about Suh or what he does (beyond crippling their favorite players with his dirty play) than Rodgers, who is likely to make the league money for years to come. Suh is just another future Raiders burnout. And most importantly, injuring other players intentionally should be the worst possible offense there is. It in fact makes even less sense when you consider bounty gate a couple years ago. Frankly the asshole who spearheaded the Bears QB two weeks ago in the side of his helmet should be riding the pine right next to Suh.
Shitty precedent. Now we are basically waiting for Suh to actually injure someone the NFL gives enough of a shit about to boot his ass. Romo better have his head on a swivel.
Nah, I think we'll always prefer the classics. How about something a little more recent?
