Also, once again here's a major organization/corporation/brand making a knee-jerk wrong decision.

So basically, with the new rule as stated...

There's an Ed Jones office in Denver CO. It's legal to smoke weed there. So what you're saying is there would be no precedent for a termination if a picture ended up on facebook of an employee smoking a blunt?

The problem with needing a conviction is that the women will most likely not testify because of fear or being payed off. For most things I think the NFL should need a conviction and not start suspending before it hits the courts. For this I can understand.
