Harbaugh stuff is concerning. Guy has never really had a long tenure anywhere to begin with and most of the time when a coach is given GM powers it doesn't turn out well. Hopefully this is all just a money play because he wants the $10mil a year Texas was reportedly ready to pay him to return to the college ranks. If this is true it's probably about Harbaugh wanting to be the GM as well as coach. I hope they don't go that way, Baalke has done a great job with the last few drafts. If it's about money then the 49ers need to just STFU and pay him because if they don't there are plenty of other teams that will.
Photoshop, how does that work? What's with the buddy Clowney/Manziel run?
He'd probably drop 0.1 seconds off if he cut that hair. Kids these days.Clowney vs Manziel

All of the various Twitter gossip reporters are saying he wants to be the highest paid coach in the NFL. The 49ers predictably informed him that he has not won the Super Bowl and is therefore not getting more money than Bill Belichick. I'm sure he's in line for a nice raise but these reports make the guy sound like he's crazy. I mean more crazy than he looks on the sidelines.Harbaugh stuff is concerning. Fixed! Also, fuck the annual combine hype. When the Redskins start actually having high round picks again in a few years, after RG3 is out of the league with injuries, I'll start caring more.
I think it's about money and arrogance. Harbaugh feels that he deserves to be the highest paid coach in the NFL, the 49ers believe that he shouldn't be, until he wins a Super Bowl. Honestly, I just want to keep Vic Fangio and Jim Leavitt, after this mess(I'm still hesitant to believe that a some of the reports isn't just the media sensationalizing it) blows over.It really sounds like it isn't just about money, otherwise I just don't think it would be that big of a deal.
The bigger question is why haven't the 9ers done an extension? Do they feel he's not worth more than 5M a year and another coach can get the same results?I think it's about money and arrogance. Well, he feels that he deserves to be the highest paid coach in the NFL, especially after Texas reportedly offered him 10m/year. The 49ers obviously feel that he isn't entitled to a salary that large, until he wins a Super Bowl. If he ends up winning one, I fully expect him to get the deal that he wants. If he doesn't, the 49ers have a lot more bargaining room. They'll likely take the same approach with Kaepernick. When you think about it, it's win/win for the front office. If we don't win, they won't have to pay as much. If we do win, who cares? They'll throw the kitchen sick at them. The bigger question is why haven't the 9ers done an extension? There is no way in hell Texas would pay 10 yr/$100 million. It was just a rumor created by his agent. There were rumors about coaches that Texas didn't even talk to. Nobody had a clue what was going on except Vegas. No Texas didn't formerly offer him anything, but a 10year/$100mil rumor with him as a candidate was running around for about a week or so after Mack Brown retired before Harbaugh stepped in and basically said "not interested."
That was like, last week or something. Try to keep up. We've had a different player arrested for drugs already since then, and of course the underwear olympics to talk about.Trying to brush aside the Ray Rice story I see.
