Jammal Brown was arrested on domestic battery charge after his wife dialed 911. By the time the cops arrived Brown had fled the scene. He returned, however, as they were wrapping up their investigation. That's when he was taken into custody-police were certain that the couple had a "physical altercation." Brown was eventually released after posting a $5,000 bond.
