Shit, I remember when the Madden cover tournament entry for Seattle was the fans.
Damn good way to avoid the curse as well. Who gives a shit if a bunch of Seattle fans get injured anyways?

I always liked Seattle before Carroll. They still ok. Near the bottom of my hate list.

I haven't really checked all the games tomorrow but I think I'm most excited about Tennessee vs Tampa Bay just for the draft factor.

Truth. Its odd being on the other side of that however.
They were still saying that before the superbowl last year. I was like "you guys won the superbowl last year, literally everyone believed in you this season".

Is there really anybody out there that doesn't believe the Patriots are a good team? People just love to shit on them for all the cheating because of how obnoxious their fan base is.

You really think people believe in the Browns? Or the Jags? Not sure how you think Patriots could possibly "fit the bill more than anyone in recent memory". The Giants 2 victories would be the obvious choices. Of course, you only say that when a major underdog wins and never think about it when they lose.

The only teams that can't use the "Nobody believed in us!" cliche are: Packers, Patriots, Cowboys, Seahawks, Broncos, and Colts. Plus, * disagrees with me so that should validate my point.
If you had read the post, it's the "Us Against the World" cliche we're talking about. No one anywhere said people believe they're not a good team. You're getting your Sports Cliches confused.

Games that will be interesting in week 1:

Green Bay @ Chicago - because lol @ bears
KC @ Houston - Two teams that are good on paper this year. Will they be good in real life?
Indy @ Buffalo - High powered Indy offense vs. allegedly bad ass Buffalo defense.
Miami @ Washington - because[email protected]/* <![CDATA[ */!function(t,e,r,n,c,a,p){try{t=document.currentScript||function(){for(t=document.getElementsByTagName('script'),e=t.length;e--;)if(t[e].getAttribute('data-cfhash'))return t[e]}();if(t&&(c=t.previousSibling:emoji_nose:{p=t.parentNode;if(a=c.getAttribute('data-cfemail':emoji_nose:{for(e='',r='0x'+a.substr(0,2)|0,n=2;a.length-n;n+=2)e+='%'+('0'+('0x'+a.substr(n,2)^r).toString(16:emoji_nose:.slice(-2);p.replaceChild(document.createTextNode(decodeURIComponent(e:emoji_nose:,c)}p.removeChild(t)}}catch(u){}}()/* ]]> */
Seattle @ St. Louis - I want to see Seattle's questionable o-line vs. St. Louis' nasty pass rush. This game could have a final score of 6-3.
Baltimore @ Denver - I want to see if Peyton can still throw the ball and if Denver's pass rush is as unstoppable as it looked in preseason.
Minnesota @ San Francisco - Return of Adrian Peterson and Navarro Bowman who are definitely going to be crashing into each other plus the debut of Tomsula and 75% of the current 49ers team.

I hope the Seahawks make an example out of Kam. Don't forgive any of the fines. I'd like to see him traded to the Redskins or something if he keeps sitting out.
