"Now, Blecker is providing a solid not just for the fans but also for Tom Brady himself, as the law professor filed an amicus curiae brief with the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit in New York, the court that is considering the ongoing case between Brady and the NFL.
"The record as a whole clearly reveals an NFL investigation purportedly 'thorough' and 'independent' but actually biased, dishonest and fundamentally unfair," Blecker wrote.
The purpose of the brief was to provide an outside perspective to the judges, one that comes from neither party and theoretically sets out to provide honest, uncompromised information. And while biases and/or influences can never fully be accounted for, Blecker left no doubt that Roger Goodell and the NFL ran an inherently unfair investigation and subsequently issued an unjust penalty to Brady."

Not to keep beating the dead horse, but just because Goodell ran a biased investigation doesn't mean the Cheats are suddenly not cheaters. What's the reasoning behind Goodell burning all that evidence during Spygate again? Sure, he shouldn't be the commissioner because he's a shady idiot but the Cheats deserve this because of all the secretive, dubious shit they've always done.

Technically, the balls were deflated. I think that's what started all of this. What do you think? Or was their level of inflation an imaginary conspiracy against the Pats instead of the other theories?

Nooo not more of that -deflate crap. Though more and more it looks like NFL screwed the pooch on the investigation. Using the refs own words about what needle he used, most of the balls tested at halftime fell in the gas laws drop range amount only two were a bit lower-which can be explained by the balls getting wet/swelling of the leather. Notice we have not heard anything about the current game ball testings of psi as of yet, and I doubt we ever will.
The thing to take away from the deflategate abortion is to not take anything you read on ESPN, really any news site, at face value.
