The article called it rape though, and a misdemeanor. It's possible they were 2 different incidents, but the article made it sound like the same one.

Anyway, the one thing people want most, especially spoiled brats like most atheletes are, is what they can't have. That's why rape, even if it is about sex.

There were two players involved. The one doing the alleged raping is not the guy we're talking about here. The article was very clear.

It has to have been two separate incidents. If Brooks was groping her WHILE McDonald was raping her, that's gang rape whether or not Brooks stuck it in.

So the whole RG3 seesaw continues. Initially cleared to play tonight, but after further tests or consultations or whatever they want to sit him another week or two, and now they're looking at Cousins to be Week 1 starter. It would be nice if they'd just come out and say he's concussed, or we have no faith in him, whatever.
