imo bit of both. offensively both teams looked good.
defensively steelers were worse than the pats. the pats defense always looks rough for the first half of the season, the question is, will they "gel" and improve enough so as to be able to stop teams on 3rd down and limiting teams to field goals- last year the patriots at the end of the year were extremely good at those two things, especially the latter (last 9 games i think it was including playoffs no team scored a touchdown in the 4th quarter against the patriots) -they almost did another game (steelers scored with 2secs left in the game)
though butler got burnt - alot- his coverage was good, he work on his technique a bit, especially hand placement, then about half of those brown receptions are either incomplete or interceptions. i mean the TD catch with 2sec left, his hand a bit lower-less than his hand's width(about 6") -and it is incomplete or possibly intercepted.
