The officiating was definitely suspect and I feel that the Colts did recover that onside kick. However, Coach Cancer knew that was a low percentage play when he called it and he put his shitty D in a worse position at a point in the game where the Colts had all of the momentum. Then there was that fucking bizarro trick play that defies description.....
This game was actually close and was decided by a little ref help (par for the course when facing the Pats, real contenders deal with it), Pagano's bad coaching choices, and Andrew Luck' poor decisions. The last one is really egregious and I think Luck has gotten worse this year. For the life of me he looks like Cutler out there airing it out on every play and getting picked off constantly. If the Colts had not tried to get cute and used a more measured approach to offense, they would have had a real shot at that game. If I were on that team I would be REALLY pissed at Pagano and be losing confidence in Luck. You don't get past a long time nemesis by being tricky, like its some fucking 90s movie, you go out there and fucking beat them by playing better. Colts had this and they fucked it up.
