The hit yesterday was very clean, especially when comparing it to the one Tate put on Lee. Stop whining.
How the fuck was the hit on Lee not clean?

Boohoo he wasnt looking. How is that any different if a receiver is looking back at the ball and gets legally hit?

The whole blindside shit is garbage. This is a violent sport, get over it.

I'm not sure if this is an indictment on Kaepernick or the Niners offensive coaching staff. On one hand, doesn't matter what the play is if you are the QB you need to read the entire defense and account for everyone. No excuse whatsoever for an NFL QB to miss that. On the other hand it tells me that Kaep probably didn't have any sort of pass option to check into on this playcall which is why he wasn't even bothering to look over there. What would have happened if StL put all 11 guys in the box, would Kaep have had to call a timeout since the only play-call(s) were runs? I would say that it would have been an easy TD since Torrey Smith was probably the fastest guy on the field, but really Kaep probably throws the ball 10 yards over his head anyways.

I said that this team has 8 win talent so anything over/under that would tell us a lot about this coaching staff. Well looking at the schedule right now at this point it is very tough to imagine them getting beyond 4 wins and so far the only coach showing any signs of having any sort of competence is Mangini.

I don't see how that is anything but Kaep's fault. Any QB can check out of a play if they see a completely unfavorable matchup like that. I'm sure he got his run play called in. Didn't bother (or knows he has no idea what to look for anyways) to read the defense and executed the play.

Are you people serious? Why would he even waste the time to change the play call in a situation like that? Just throw the ball to the wide open guy instead of handing it off

No, that is absolutely right, should just chuck the ball over there regardless of play call.

What I am saying is most of the time QB's go up to the line with a run/pass option. If Kaep either doesn't have a pass option to check into or is being told to flat out not make changes at the line it makes sense why he wouldn't look beyond the defenses front 7 when making the read. I'm not saying it excuses him missing the wide open guy, I'm just saying it might be why he bother to read the whole defense.

49'ers just have to blow it all up. They fucked up when they traded Alex Smith and then compounded it by running Harbaugh out of town.

You are assuming Jed York's ultimate goal is winning football games. I doubt he views putting in a QB who sells a ton of jerseys and cutting the huge salary Harbaugh would garner as "fuck ups."

Im curious where the other missing safety is in that pic, because only 10 are on screen in that picture. Most NFL safeties can cover that ground very quickly.

If you watch the gif of that 49'ers play, as soon as the ball is snapped the corner covering the other receiver runs in to the line of scrimmage. So there were two wide open receivers that play.

I hope the Broncos win the Super Bowl so Davis can get himself a ring.
