I wonder if Fisher's job is safe if he pulls another 7-9 type season. I hope they get Goff under a new coach that has a fucking clue about offense and before Fisher has a chance to ruin his career.

There were a couple rookie QBs drafted in 2011 who ended up playing pretty well. That was a lockout year when the season pretty much started with preseason games. No training camp.

Well, there were those rumors earlier in the year that they were, for some inexplicable reason, working on a contract extension for him. I have a soft spot for the Rams just because my cousin is a huge fan of them, but I more hate them because they are in the NFC West. So I'm torn on if I am wishing for several more years of mediocrity under the greatest average head coach ever, or for them moving on to a new coach,

I don't really have any faith in Kroenke picking a better coach is the only major problem. But I can always hope he'll just luck into the right hiring. Maybe Jim Harbaugh wants to stick it to the Niners if ya know what I mean! ;)
