Little early for that, he might not have standing. Someone remind me, on what grounds did the NFL file the suit against brady? I mean, it wasn't like brady was just going to say fuck you and play anyway. Doesn't seem like they had standing either.

I've watched most of the preseason games, and I just haven't seen him have much impact. Not saying he hasn't done anything, but not near to what Foster has so far.

I'm no NFL historian, but I'm pretty sure the saints sucked the year katrina hit. Plus they played at least 1 home game at the opponents stadium. Maybe the NFL will steal home games from the texans and cowboys. I wonder if the texans play the giants early enough in the season to justify it.

Yeah holy shit, I just saw they added in a 2nd round pick as well. That is pretty huge, especially since he is going into a contract year.
If he plays well this year, do the Seahawks have enough cap space to pay him? I know he hasn't been as good the last year or 2 compared to when he first came into the league, but the potential is still there. Especially on a defense like the Seahawks where there is talent all over. It could give him the opportunity to really shine.

Uh Brady sued the NFL, the NFL just tried to beat him to the punch so they could have it in an NFL friendly court instead of Minnesota where the NFLPA likes to file their suits. The "grounds", were just for a court to confirm the arbitration ruling.
