Jameis tonight - 24/30 264 yards, 3 TDs/0 INTs. I saw 2 of those were clear drops by the receivers. This might be one of his best games in his career so far
Also that last TB TD was completely Jameis carrying the team with that scramble and signaling the receiver open. Was such a great play
You know what, this was probably the best outcome I could ask for as a fan. They looked good as hell on offense, and clearly their weakness right now is defense + injuries. They fire the DC and draft a few linemen, and this team will actually be competitive. I'm not disappointed by the loss - this was a well played game by the Bucs imo

@Blitz That NFC looking strong. Eagles 12 wins, Vikings 11. 3 other 10 win teams, Falcons at 9-5. 3 teams at 8-6 trying to win out to get to 10 wins. Honestly if all the NFC South teams weren't playing each other (9-5 Falcons have 10-4 Saints and 10-4 Carolina left), I'd bet we'd get 3 teams to 12 wins. Still decent chance there are seven 10 win teams in NFC.

odds are my Lions will win out now, Bungles next week and a probably Rodgers-less, playoff-hopeless Packers after that. but probably still won't be good enough to get us into the playoffs at this point, since we have a loss to each of the three good NFC South teams and therefore would lose the tiebreakers.

The Bucs looked the best they have since week 1 despite losing the game. Having half the starters on defense out didn't help, but man if they had been that efficient on offense the whole year it'd be a different goddamn story right now. I do believe that was Winston's best statistical game of his career thus far, even with receivers not helping him out a few times.

Falcons play Saints and Panthers. So them losing both of those isn't all that unlikely. Also not crazy that TB steals a division game against either Panthers or Saints. I'd put it around 50/50, maybe slightly lower at that point just because of the matchups.
Now you have Detroit playing a team that started its offseason early and a Rodgers-less Packers. There's also Dallas needing to beat Seattle who's in the same boat as them potentially without Tyron Smith and with a heavily struggling Prescott. Just too many things need to go right at this point.

You think the Seahawks are going to beat the Cowboys in Jerry World? We can't even win at home at this point. We let Gurley run us over... you dont think Zeke is capable of that? With us being depleted as we are on defense and what appears to be fractured with Wagner/Thomas going at each other one twitter, I would be amazed if we end at anything better than 8-8.

Saw this in an article how Al Riveron has made three calls/no calls this year that decided the game and all went in favor of NE.
• New England’s Brandin Cooks caught a 25-yard touchdown pass with 23 seconds left to beat Houston 36-33 on Sept. 24. He caught the ball with both feet in the end zone but lost control as he hit the ground out of bounds. It was ruled a touchdown, and Riveron did not overturn it upon review.
• New York Jets tight end Austin Seferian-Jenkins caught a 4-yard touchdown pass against the Patriots, and fumbled through the back of the end zone once he crossed the line. It was ruled a touchdown on the field. Riveron overturned it. The Patriots got the ball at the 20. New England went on to win 24-17 on Oct 15.
• Then, Sunday night Jesse James caught a pass from Ben Roethlisberger over the middle, was never touched as his knee hit the ground, stretched the ball over the goal line and only then seemed to lose control of it. Riveron overturned the score, putting the ball back at the 10. New England won, 27-24.
