gurley might get it just to spite "the patriots" but frankly, in my opinion he isn't the best player on his Team(that player is on defense).

currently the MVP trophy is for the most valuable player...who is a QB or RB.

brady will get it but it will be a split vote with him just getting more overall votes.

heck Wilson in my opinion this year was a more Valuable Player to the Seahawks than Gurley was to the Rams.

Wilson was the entire reason we won 9 games this season. He won't get it or even come close. He might get a couple sympathy votes but if a QB wins its almost definitely going to be Brady, maybe Wentz but I can't see him getting it because he didn't survive the season.

The thing with Wilson is sort of a catch 22. He was obviously the team MVP and they would be lucky to win 3 games without him, but there was also almost no chance they were going to be very successful when you rely that much on one person. So he was clearly great this year, but the teams lack of overall success means he can't win it.

I still think he should though, because nobody was more important or had as much of an impact than he did.

I was going to say LeSean McCoy because he was the entire offense for the Bills who had multiple QB changes mid-season and they broke a massive playoff drought, but his stats aren't as impressive as I thought they were.

Problem with Wilson is the Rams fucking wrecked the Seahawks late season in their stadium when the division was still on the line and he was 14-30 with 142 yards and one TD.

Gurley was absolutely the MVP of the Rams offense but without him playing that last game I'd have a hard time giving it to him. I can't stand Brady but he probably deserves it. Won't be shocked if Gurley wins though, this wasn't a particularly strong year for MVP.

Also, are we going to have to put up with an entire offseason of Garoppolo ball washing? Can't wait for #99 to break him.

Yeah that late season game with the Rams was a back breaker for a lot of reasons.

Yes Jozu is going to ball wash him all offseason. Its going to suck bad.

with so many teams shopping for new head coaches this year, Belichick potentially parting ways with NE is HUGE news.

Lions fanfiction: General manager Bob Quinn (former head of scouting for the Patriots), having already been considering Patriots defensive coordinator Matt Patricia to be the Lions' new head coach, decides to slightly change gears and talk team owner Martha Ford into shelling out the dough to hire Darth Bill instead. Matthew Stafford, under Belichick's wing, becomes the new #1 ranked QB in the league. The Detroit Lions go on to win five Super Bowls over the next 10 years.

I know we don't no the details but if Gruden is worth 10 million a year where does that put Darth Bill at?

10-year contract for Gruden. That seems way to long.

No way he can live up to that contract. How ever if its not guaranteed it doesnt matter as he will never be there 10 years anyway.

Actually if he were to leave that is where I would see him going. He won two Superbowls there after all. Thats why this narrative that he needs to win with out Brady is hilarious.

Full retard. Mark Davis living up to his dad's legacy for doing wacky shit.

If BB wanted to cement his legacy as the greatest coach of all time, going to the Jets, turning the organization around, and then buttfucking the Pats twice a year as soon as Brady retires would be a pretty good way to do it. I don't really see him moving to a new team though. I think he's going to either stay in Boston or retire.

We not doing picks?

As wild a year it has been for most teams, the Patriots are a Chiefs Offense Exposed and an Antonio Brown-as-decoy away from the Super Bowl, yet again. While I think the NFC has defensive teams that could beat the Patriots on any given Sunday, I won't bet on any of them in the Super Bowl.

(Yeah, these are all the favorites, and usually only 3/4ths of the Wildcard games go the way you think. Vegas isn't always wrong though.)

There is bound to be some truth in there, especially when you hear the browns offered more for Jimmy G yet he ends up with the 49'ers. Just how much is true will probably never be known

They'd only trade him to the Browns if they hated him and wanted to see his career get ruined before it ever got started.

Also, LOL at anyone taking an article on ESPN with their shitty plummeting business as serious news and not just clickbait desperation.
