Yeah my hope for Romo is Denver would bite on a move-up scenario in the first round, sadly that did not happen. Also expect it to go to the Martin extension.

Seen some scouts takes that they believe he is the best back in a loaded RB draft (I don't agree). Seems possible he could be a late first rounder.
Also, Wiz, who are you hoping we retain in FA out of Church, Carr, Claiborne, Wilcox etc?

I can see romo at either denver or houston. no other team imo is that "close" to winning it all that needs a quality QB to get over the hump.
denver is a qb away from being a serious contender....and frankly so is houston.
houston's Defense was great last season- the offense sucked. upgrade the offense to add a healthy romo (and he STAYS healthy for the season) and they imo are the 2nd best team in the conference.
denver, their defense is not quite as good as it was 2 years ago, but still very good, adding romo with the same caveats to houston and they'd be #2 in the conference...

Houston could be 2017's version of the 2015 Broncos. Old man QB with his best statistical years behind him and a lot of health questions that can score just enough points while being carried by a great defense. Though right now I'd put Romo in a way better spot performance wise than Peyton was his last year, man he was bad. Opposite of that the 2015 Broncos defense is a good bit better than the current Texans, but they haven't had a competent offense to back them up so who knows. Plus the Texans have a **MUCH** easier road to the playoffs than the Broncos do right now.
I may be a Bucs homer but I think Glennon could be a rock solid long term QB for a team like Houston. He never really got a fair shot in Tampa IMO, it just worked out in the Bucs favor that the year they had the #1 overall pick there were a pair of can't-miss QB's to pick from. His stats in his only near-full season (13 games of his 2013 rookie season after Josh Freeman got benched) he put up a respectable 19 TD's and 9 INT's. Unfortunately he'll probably get overpaid to rot away in a shitty place like Chicago or Cleveland.

Not sure if it's been talked about because I haven't been around much last couple of weeks, but the rumors of total dysfunction in Redskins camp have me worried. GMSM maybe fell off the wagon, we might be looking for replacement at GM...if he's done and we somehow don't keep Cousins, about to be full on Randy Quaid from Major League 2 for me.

Yeah there are all sorts of rumors flying from him falling off the wagon to a power struggle at the top...you know...all the shit we DON'T need this offseason. We did extend Gruden, which is okay I guess. Not sure it needed to be done now, but might help in negotiations with Cousins. Supposedly a $100M offer has been made, and the Skins are going to be playing ball at or around the franchise tag number as a yearly salary.
