So I don't know if Sherman was making a bigger deal out of it, or there was some sort of misunderstanding, but I don't really see Mayfield going out of his way to not shake hands here. I mean there is even a clear shot of him shaking hands with Kittle and giving him a hug. Maybe he just shunned Sherman, I dunno. It's a short clip, so maybe there is more somwhere.

So who wants to speculate about what happens with Bridgewater after the season is over? He's proven he still has what it takes to be a starter but Brees is likely to play at least another year or two. Will he be content to ride pine until Brees hangs it up? Will he want more money than you pay a backup? Will all of the teams looking for a new starter in 2020 be dumpster fires?

The only issue I see for Bridgewater is who is going to pay him starter money that's not likely to take a swing at a draft QB?
