The Aaron's are definitely on a "Fuck You" tour this year with how the Packers drafted a QB and RB with their first 2 picks.

Imagine if they had drafted a big run stopper so they couldn't get beat in the NFC Championship game again by a team only throwing the ball 8 times, along with one of the crazy good WR class who could develop over the season into potentially another reliable pass catcher to play opposite Adams?

out of all the clown head coaches, he's actually entertaining.
On another note, this year is gonna be fantastic because the old guard QB's are gonna realize that they really should have retired. That goes for Brees, Brady, Fat Fuck, Rivers. Maybe Rodgers. Some sooner, some later into the season.

Aaron Rogers has the best QB rating in the league.

As a Packer Fan, I am obviously happy they are 2-0 with a pair of division wins. LaFleur clearly met Rogers halfway on the run pass balance (I think we have been damn near 50% this season) and is letting him open things up more. The Offensive Line is clicking. The Defense is suspect at the moment, but every D has been shakey early in games this year and I think some of that is not having any preseason. The Defense is going to have to improve its pass rush if we are going to be a contender, though.

But...... The opponents have not been stellar and I do not trust this team until I see them beat down an actual well rounded team that has actual playoff aspirations. The Lions are, well, the Lions and apparently trying to see how little talent they can keep on their roster before Stafford finally bails. The Vikings are in freefall, between the Bradford effect kicking in and Zimmer's asshole coaching style breaking the will of the team, especially their defense. Zimmer dumping Bridgewater may be one of the biggest mistakes that guy has ever made. Between how well Bridgewater filled in for Brees (and honestly New Orleans should have kept him too) and the message it sent about how he values his players as men, I think the team has checked out on Zimmer. So beating up garbage teams means little to me. Lets see how they do against NFC playoff squads before I get excited.

Rodgers not only has the best qb rating but it should be even better than what is shown by some receivers dropping clearly on target stuff. There probably should be another 2-3 TD onto the crazy shit he was already doing in the first couple games. If he keeps playing like he is on his fuck you tour this could be an impressive year.

This is all true but last year we were doing the just barely function enough to somehow keep winning and I can't recall ever really just putting an opponent away. The first two games this year are showing more smooth functioning of the offense than we saw basically all last year. If we can keep rodgers healthy and they keep clicking I think we should have a good season.

Baffles me how many "analysts" didn't have him in the top 10 this year.

Taylor is still recuperating from a pregame injury on Sunday, when the team doctor gave him a painkilling injection for a chest injury and accidentally punctured Taylor’s lung.

whoops, be good to see Herbert some more tho.

He did not look very good last year despite the record and deep playoff run. First two games so far this season looks like a whole new man.

he's finally free of his fake girlfriend, he can be his true self now

Izo Izo this kind of shot would be intramuscular wouldn't it? How bad do you have to fuck up to puncture a lung?

what the fuck!?!?

Using some pain meds/steroids to help alleviate rib pain which is never really a great idea, probably was free handing it and not using an ultrasound but who knows.

In case it's not obvious, the white things in the middle are a cross section of the ribs, this is generally what you would do for a thoracentesis (drain fluid from the pleural space). But if he was fucking around with the ribs higher up...doc stung himself.

Specifics matter. If they're doing a number of injections around one of the intercostal spaces and Taylor twitches slightly or whatever it can happen and generally it's not really a big deal although obviously he ended up missing the game because of it and probably lost his starting job a few games sooner than he thought.

He always has a great season any year he dumps his beard and starts hitting the D hard again. But also he has been injury prone lately and is getting up there in age, so I can see him not being considered top five prior to the season. But on the other hand he has done everything Russel Wilson has done and the sports pundits are tripping over themselves to suck Wilson dick.

Two season MVP wins for Rodgers, Wilson has never even had a single MVP vote.
