A son of Philadelphia Eagles Coach Andy Reid pleaded guilty yesterday to gun and drug charges stemming from a road-rage dispute.
Britt Reid brandished a handgun at another motorist in suburban Philadelphia on Jan. 30, the same day his brother was arrested for a drug-related traffic crash, police said. Besides the firearms charge, Reid also pleaded guilty to simple assault, possession of an instrument of crime, and drug possession.

This is true of a lot of crimes. I had a druggie cousin that got caught stealing like....so many times. It was probably his 25 or 30th time getting caught that he actually spent a month in jail. If you're not violent they really don't want to put you in jail.

Yeah, to me that's really some screwed up reasoning when it comes to DUIs though. Like, if you're stealing, it's very unlikely you'll accidentally hurt someone -- it's going to be intentional if it happens. But DUI has a much higher risk of hurting someone it should be treated more like a potential violent crime.

Britt is the drunk, Garrett was the druggie who died of a heroin overdose back in 2012, Spencer and the two daughters seem to have stayed out of the news.
