If it's not Penguins stuff I mostly just post shit from/r/hockey. It's a fucking great subreddit. Hockey fans are the best fans and them united makes for a great community.

So...didn't it turn out to be mumps? Not sure why it's such a big deal for Crosby to get it vs. it being a bigger deal the league is dealing with it so much, really is curious.

Haven't gotten to watch a lot of Caps games lately due to work, but we're on a bit of an upswing. Backstrom was nails last night. Wish he'd get more recognition around the league for how good he is. Only player from his draft class to be a point a game player in his career. That draft included Toews, Jordan Staal, Phil Kessel, and Claude Giroux.

No, because it was only the Caps breaking their own record for longest shootout (which they also lost against Stoi's Rags a couple years ago). Plus I couldn't watch it anyways.
