Husso did, and he had a lot of good looks tonight, too. Kinda glad we ended up winning, felt like we controlled a lot of the game 5 on 5. Seider is an absolute beast, though.

Kinda wish 802 wasn't an empty netter, but first goal of the game, and empty netter to seal a game when the Jets were making a push, whatever. Bigger news Caps actually clawed themselves back into playoff spot. East going to be really tight again, thought our start might doom us but at least we're in a spot where we can compete to get back in again.

Metro turning out to be the spiciest division right now. Although if Tampa keep losing it should make the 3rd place race in Atlantic pretty interesting. I don't see Toronto or Boston slowing down at all. Their defense is just bonkers right now. Oh yea their offense ain't too shabby either and great goal tending.

We are finally getting some core players back that have been hurt, had a good streak going too before last night's Coyotes game. We are hanging in there, still in a WC spot, just need to get back to full strength and start playing like last year.

Hey c'mon, that shot was begging to be taken. Plus they keep talking about him and Backstrom skating regularly at practices. No idea how the heck we'd make the cap situation work if both came back soon, but I'm looking forward to the entertainment of finding out.

Also crazy stat I heard last night is Drouin is almost going on a full calendar year without a goal. I remember my friend being upset about that trade for Sergachev.
