1 second off of the NHL record for fastest OT goal. My wife always complains about staying for OT, which we've seen in 4 of the last 5 home games. I always just tell her, it's going to be over quick. I was extra right this time.

If anyone has seen some of the other Caps try to hit empty nets over the years in games where we eventually give up a goal in 6 on 5 situations...any time we can put Ovi on the ice to hit the middle of the damn empty goal is simply saving us points lost otherwise.
