Actually, this picture is outdated. She was on TV a few weeks ago and mentioned her significant weight loss this year - google it if you're interested. "updated" photo timeline:

So she could definitely reprise an older role in that kind of shape IMO, but i don't know the storyline for the next star wars movies to really say if they can keep it like the books with the actors aged this far.
