I think appreciation of the old Bond movies depend on when you first saw them. I first saw them in the late 70's and they were amazing back then, and Connery is still my favorite Bond.

I can deal with Skyfall. SPECTRE was crap given all the hype that went into marketing it and the pre-production hype surrounding the plot.

The bright side is most of the Hollywood millionaires are horrible with money and will be broke in short order once the spigot gets turned off.
