Nvidia will update their order page with more FE3080's during the AMD talk...

Based on what? I don't think NV is quite that petty.

Maybe. I bet that’s the real reason they pushed 3070s back, to fuck with whatever AMD is doing at that time. I know Apple does this shit to Samsung. There’s been a couple events Apple announced something during Samsung’s keynote and it fucks all the reporters up on the audience. They get distracted, start making phone calls, etc. The strategy can work, it’s not really pettiness, just fucking with your competition.

HAHAHAHAHAHA.

"The 5900X crushes the 10900K."

"Oh, we also have a 5950X lol."

Hmmm... they're pricing models are starting to creep to intel levels.

Maybe most impressive to me is the 105w across the product stack power draw. Very impressive, TSMC just dominates again.

This has me pretty interested in RDNA2 end of the month.

Maybe the total power draw will be low enough for Mist's room to be comfortable.

Right? This has gotta be a clear win for AMD in the room heating category.

If the performance is there AMD has no reason not to.

Gaming was Intel's last bastion outside of a few very specific pieces of software.

I would have liked to see the same comparisons across other resolutions. I haven’t gamed on a pc in 1080p for like 7 years.

Outside of that, nice they’re focused on the gaming scene and going after intels top dog.

Zen 3 looks promising. But the complete lack of any details there pretty much confirms that Big Navi is going to be total trash.

Youre much more GPU limited than CPU at higher resolutions. All processors basically perform the same at 4k on any new title since its not the bottleneck.

These prices are higher than Intel. The 10700k bundle on Newegg makes them $300 effectively.

Intel 10700k = $300
AMD 5800X = $449
