Markets definitely adjusting quite a bit - sold my 3070 for a mere $1k, bought my 6800XT Taichi for about $1.2k. Still well above MSRP, but I snagged my 3070 for $600 for feel alright about the deal.

Yep ive been sitting on a 6900XT and 6700XT - havent figured what to do with them yet. AMD is easier to get weekly than Nvidia atm

Just posting an update on that Cyberpower $2500 pre-built, today I noticed the first real game breaking issue. As I mentioned previously, I use a Fiio K5 Pro for my headphones, but I have my regular speakers connected to the onboard audio. The budget nature of the Asus Prime X570-P has truly shown through today. The audio is simply not shielded at all apparently. If I have my phone within 5 feet of my desktop and get a text message, a call, or anything using cellular data, I get static sound through my speakers. It's really obnoxious and very loud, loud enough to hear from 20 feet away easily. It sounds like bass played through a blown out speaker basically and it goes for about a second immediately upon receiving any notification on my phone that used data (but not wifi, no sound when I get a message on whatsapp while I'm on wifi, but I do get it if I'm not on wifi, for example)

Get a USB box or PCI-E card and disable onboard audio in the BIOS.

You've got to be high or something to spend almost 5k on a 3080 system non water cooled - That Asus/Gundam tax is cray

$4800 for shitty AIO watercooling that will break after two years? No thanks.

Can't speak for the quality of that particular AIO but the Corsair I had in my old pc basically ran 24/7 for 6 years and never broke or appreciably decreased in performance. I think they are (in general) pretty fool proof. Don't disagree with the idea that that pc is ridiculously overpriced, however

They're prob a ymmv type of device, bc I had one that only lasted 3 years on an Origin PC. But their stuff is cheap and marked up x1000.

Markets around me are dropping fast. 3080Ti has gotten just 1 hate reply, and nothing else. :( Obviously priced it too high for my area, but figured the weirdo's in Portland would be all over it.
