LOL, my mission has been to spam BM as much as possible as D'Va. I even unlocked the Salt spray and spam "Is this Ez Mode" line all game. Haven't been able to get a PoTG yet, though.
Only did it 1 game, which we won. I didn't play last night. Can't wait for the weekend to hone my BM skills.

Had some rough matches last night - one was attack against all tor's, just turrets, turrets everywhere - right at the end 2 switched to Bastion, Mercy and rest Tor's... was brutal
This game is really fun though - just not sure what the long term appeal will be for someone like me (old, slow and casual), but for now, I've already gotten my $40 worth. Plus my riverboat gambler Mcree and my Deamau5 Lucio skins look awesome! Also have Racerdriver Tracer skin but I suck (I mean suck) with her

Ha - I don't know what it is, but I've never had a "rage quit" moment in this game. Not even a little (whereas in COD/BF, even WOW it happens almost every time I play). Might be because games are so fast and furious, but I don't know. Think it also helps that you can change heroes so often and change teams after every game as well

I can deal with a lot more as a group but last night there was a match that no matter what I did I got fucking destroyed. point blank grenades not killing reaper, rockets not killing Tracer, etc. etc. I had to back out before I murdered someone.
Edit: I don't think I'm hot shit either but some games can kill the fun, didn't help I was running on almost no sleep yesterday and I'm sick.

Yeah this game destroyed my sleep.. night before I went to bed at 130 and last night I went to bed at 2... had to wake up at 6. What am I doing with my ilfe? I'M NOT EVEN GOOD
I've taken Tenks advice to heart. When playing solo queue I just focus on improving my personal skills while sticking with the team and not caring about wins/losses.

It's not a 1v1 game. She excels in team fights. She can always, always separate teammates from one another and that gives your team a MASSIVE advantage. New players use her wall completely incorrectly. Its true strength is separating opponents. Mercy glued to Reinhardty? Separate them with a wall, headshot mercy, gg. Also, not that many heroes can escape her freeze even in 1v1. I've even killed D.va plenty of times. You just have to be fast enough with your right click/melee. And a Blizzard on the point is insanely good, it beats every other point aoe hands down. I also learned yesterday playing Roadhog that you can basically "queue" attacks. Instead of hooking and then waiting until they get to you to left click + melee, you can hold left click as soon as you hook, and keep it held down, as soon as the hook resolves, bam you will left click and then you hold down melee. Insta kill almost anyone.
I 1v1'd a Tracer as Mercy and emote BM'd afterwards and I could tell the Tracer had a vendetta against me the entire rest of the match lol

i saw it happen for the first time last night as well, the mercy ulted on an enemy held point and rezzed our whole teamI had play of the game for the first time as Mercy on a healing play.
It was the first time I saw a healer get play of the game. I felt kinda proud.

As someone that plays tanks mostly, Mei is the worst and I want to see her get raped. If I can't kill someone on my own at least I can run away as a tank but Mei, Mei is death. I thought Zarya was awful in beta but I've grown to love her and I want her to stomp on my balls.

mei is insane in brawler mode, just non stop team splitting and ultimates. combine her with genji ults and you pretty much team wipe every minute in small corridor maps. swedish turret guy also does really well once you learn the maps and have maps with 3 levels so you can park turrets way up high.
also for those who don't know, at the end of the game if you rate the game high (3 dots) you are more likely to get matched with those players again in pub games, I believe. not sure if 1 star makes you less likely to get matched or not rating will

I always rate matches that disgust me at 1 dot.
Last night my group of 6 got steamrolled by another group of 6 that constantly kept referencing dank memes and were generally having broners at our expense. It was annoying as fuck.

I find myself with people wanting to turn every game into a Team Deathmatch instead of sticking to the objective of the match. People going everywhere, chasing people, 1v1, 1v5, etc. The game really wants you to stick to the objective to succeed. I love it but it's a learning curve for some people.
