Gogo is spot on and has posted a lot of valid questions and points. A lot of us were strong backers but subsequently duped. If you read the early Pantheon threads, you'll see lots of enthusiasm and assistance. We're not helping now, but take a step back and be objective, maybe you'll see why.
I don't know you so I won't make assumptions, but what I can see is it's clear you're missing the big picture. I mean no disrespect, I'm just going by your posts. You seem to be extremely emotional and against using logic to see the situation as it really is.
The simplest way I can put it - you're rallying around the wrong leader. He's made that abundantly clear, from Sigil+VG to this especially insane series of debacles with Pantheon.
I won't drag out the big list of ethical, management, financial 'waste', and recruitment concerns. Do a little reading with your eyes open and you'll see for yourself.
If you really want an interesting conversation, you should try your 'ama' during normal hours. I'm sure you'll get that experience you seem to be looking for in your apparent drunken state.
I loved EQ1, it was one of my top 3 gaming experiences. But, as has been pointed out already, your team lacks in leadership, direction and talent, on top of the myriad of other concerns mentioned above.
And fwiw, I've never neg'd anyone.
