If people bored at gadai fort and hanggores then this game isn’t for you. I would kill for something similar in the low 30s range. Hanggores is ok but it’s a bit low for me it was much better at mid 20s. for my buddies in their low 30s it’s almost no xp.
Also the bottom of Halnirs has great xp for a group in their low/mid 20s, fairly good number of options at that level range compared to 30s (like why are the wild bloods in silent plains not 30+ when all the solo mobs are, wtf??)
My summoner made it to 20 this weekend. The water pet really turns up the solo power to 11. Extra DPS and heals heals heals. That said, it's just more fun and more money to do the big camps in groups. Summoner also has gotten their spell lines fleshed out on the vendor up to 40. And they are fucking expensive as all shit.

Just don't mistake some spells showing just gold in price. The last few are also in platinum. Price of spells effectively doubles in price every 2 levels.
Also, you can come through your spell purchases if you let an Enchanter with high charisma buy the spells for you. Might save you 20-30 gold per spell past level 32.

Higher parts of Hanggore are still okayish till 32-33. The guards for The Oshaa'ruuk are level 30-31, cave guards something similar. They should be blue to you till 34. Then, you could technically switch over to Mad Moor in Wild's End, I think group mobs begin at 33 or 34 there, even higher at night.
