@There is a plan for a cartography system if we can get it to work right with the game. I have wanted to put that type of system in for a long time so hoping to get it in this game.

For clarification there is no plan to have a radar that shows mobs unless it is a class skill like tracking. Even then it is just a maybe at this point since it would not make a whole lot of sense visually. Our prototype has a minimap/radar in it simply for direction reference it was not put in for any reason but that. Sorry for the mistake on that everyone.

For clarification he should post that on the fucking Reddit.. instead of in the kickstarter comments. Holy shit why do they have to turn this shit into a scavenger hunt every time.

Also if he left the reddit after like 10 questions then the dude shouldn't do it in the first place.

There's definitely going to be modern elements. We want to stick to the core of what made early MMOs so popular but we also recognize the need to include some modernizations. Dungeon finders and anything group-related (LFG tools, guild searches, etc.).

@cinge-I think bens comment was made prior to Brad posting here for feedback on dungeon finders. I'm going to find out. Those articles are held up for days. I assume what Brad said tonight is where they are at with it.. Basically a no, unless it's determined to be necessary. Then they would try to do it unlike how other games do it.. No idea how that plays out.

Can you clarify the thought process behind the $15.00 a month forum access on the Pantheon site? Will members get extra rewards from the game or it is merely a way to give input to the team?

When we announce the subscription model, it will include the following:

Interact with friends and guildmates on the social hub.
Create or join guilds or groups.
Read and reply to public areas of the forums and wikis.
Special Champion color in the social hub, chat room and forums.
Reply and offer answers to topics in The Think Tank (topics for discourse in the development of the game)
Access to the Supporter forums.
Access to the Champion forums.
Can participate in wiki entries.
Be involved in the Weekly Development Roundtables, where you can communicate with the developers live during streaming.

Oh you like that one? I was surprised he answered that one, but given only like 4 people were asking him questions I guess he didn't have a choice.

Honestly... the bigger problem is that Brad is relying on AMA's to get his game off the ground. He has to watch every word he says or he loses pledges so we have no idea what he really want to do. AMA's are not icing on the cake or a portal to answer questions about his game. It's about soliciting business and we are getting salesman answers now.

i geninuely wonder if this entire experience will cause brad to rellapse on the pills. im serious. the interview with boogie shed some light into his entire rationale behind this project being, in no small part, some sort of attempt at self validation and redemption. the rejection and failure, coupled with stress could send him back into mama mcquaids medicine cabinet.

having said that, they just announced pvp in landmark.

I'm disappointed in obviously it's not going to happen due to the fuckups, and I can't help but take my digs too , I get what you are saying. I can't help but feel a little sorry for him going through another public debacle like this even one of his own making.

I'm just still surprised at just how truly inept he is at what seems to be common sense decisions.
