Sure, and then for almost two years he was gone from the online space. The guy who posts on numerous forums all the time, goes to fan gatherings, blah blah just disappears for two years? Only to emerge with a new startup that also fails, disappearing again (well not quite, taking on much much lesser roles on old SOE games - quite the fall) and of course here he is now, posting in this thread, sharing his Vision (TM) because he wants your money for his new game which this time, for real, seriously, is going to be the spiritual successor to EQ, promise.
This. Please point me to any other mmo I can play or support that is EQ/VG'ish (group focused , meaningful travel etc), sub based , and not an EMU server nor in any way F2P.
My 250 is in the hopes of getting a game finally that is geared towards what I really want , and not just me "settling" for a mmo that is "ok" at best.
