Booze is making sense here (yea...). We need something new, and Pantheon likely isnt it. I'm gonna hop on the EQN hypetrain, at least they're trying to break way from the status quo. At least until someone comes up with a fantasy version of EVE.

At this point.. Hopefully they do find some investors. I don't know what circles they run in. But that would be the ideal situation as long as they can make the game they want to make.
Yep. They can see the charts just like everyone else. The big difference here is that there is no 3rd party to protect your money. Donate on their site and you just flushed money away.
He at least did you what you asked him to and made a post in the kickstarter comments. Sure it's not enough but it's at least something.
The only respect I could have for him in this situation is to tell the truth , say "hey we screwed up the KS and it's in the games best interests to put the majority of our efforts into getting ready for the private funding since it's likely the KS won't make it."
I love Brad, I really do, but I am blown away this is going down exactly like Vanguard minus the $30 million bucks. He's not getting a dime from me until he can show me he has changed.

I don't think he's lying; I've been messaging Brad and Ben about this and posting about it in their new forums(yes I'm one of the 100 or so) and have been given some information that seems to indicate that they are still focused on the kickstarter. We'll see what happens in the next week. If they can post some really cool updates that gives a video tour of a mostly completed city or dungeon and some new tier offerings(every time they revealed new tiers/add ons it has led to a good funding day); it could go a long way in showing that they are still running towards the finish line instead of giving up halfway.
Only if you prove yourself by giving 15/month to show your faith mind you.........
