It helps to bind left click to your keyboard.
I bind left and right click to the keyboard near my thumb. Actually I used to use space for left click but since getting a new keyboard it's got a little cluster of keys I can use instead near space.
I really hope the controller support is on the level of d4.

I will try WASD for sure. I tried it in D4 a bit but not sure if it's the same, did not play long enough to get used to it there though.
Using controller will probably work great as well, but no auto switching to keyboard makes that a wait and see for me. Inventory tetris is always worse on controller.
Still no word on PC pre-install date?

The whole WASD thing has got me perplexed on how it will play. Im used to point and click shit for these games along with using skills on keyboard. Im not sure how hard it will be to get used to WASD and clicking skills, oh and dodge and shit at the same time. Never played a game like this with WASD.

Moving around and using abilities is faster than keyboard + mouse outside of edge cases of needing to click on a specific enemy at range. So core game loop feels better imo.
Inventory management has a good control scheme but is slower than a mouse, it's negligable difference for regular levels of looting and crafting.
The problem is trade and endgame crafting, there's a lot of items to scroll through and PMing/writing messeges/search is very slow on controller.
So controller/PS5 is better for casual players, mouse/PC is better for pro players.
Personally I think I'm going back to PC for PoE 2, not sure what the account situation is though, I have seperate PS5/PC accounts and hope I can use one for both now.
