Freezing Mark and Voltaic Mark release an Attack based Nova when an enemy with said mark on it dies. This will trigger Heralds, if and only if, you have a martial weapon in your main hand. I haven't done a ton of testing but it also seems to use the Nova's attack damage (the novas use their own, flat attack damage which scales to absurd numbers with levels instead of your weapon). I'm not sure on that last bit yet because I haven't tested too much in that regard.

This is especially useful on minion builds with Trenchtimbre or with Spell based projectile skills that can be scaled with widowhail.

it sounded like he thought the marks could be either, and heralds needed a weapon. both only work with attack weapons.

Yea auto bomber is back. I had all my attacks supports auto going off when near mobs on a Gemma path of flames and just had to run through stuff. Haven't played in months though

Yes, so it's harder.

To get the skill points you need to kill a boss at lv79, 80, 81, 82.

Lv79 is a T15 boss.

For the others you need combos of irradiated, corruption and corrupted map (T16).

So one of them for lv80, two for lv81 and all three for lv82. The final points are for killing a pinnacle boss I think.

Vaaling a map to T16 is the easiest to find. Irradiated can be added with a precursor tablet at a tower but it's luck if it hits a boss. Corrupted is pure luck if it's on the map.

So guys, save corrupted bosses for this.

You must have the skill points assigned to get the next book, no unspeccing to make it easier.

One observation for today: It can be annoying to make a bit of a minion glass cannon in this game as there is the odd mob type (throatcutter?) that always aggroes directly on you. Furthermore, the Beyond demons that spawn ALL aggro directly on you, non stop, making it nearly impossible to survive. It isn't really noticeable until T14 and 15, but once there it becomes pretty frustrating.

Obviously, the answer is Git Gud and improve defenses. Nevertheless, it is annoying af.

Minion cuckery AI needs to be buffed!

Was planning to do another character but I really want to see what they decide to patch before I commit to another build. Leaning toward a Sorc or Ranger because Merc and Warrior felt awful.

Hit 83 and the waystone drops are 90% for lower tiers, seems like T12s are the most I get aside from a random T13/14 fluke from bosses. Thankfully I don't need to redo the atlas quests but it would be nice to have a steady supply of T14/T15s so I could try jucing more without worrying about bricking the map.

I'm fine with the loss of xp but if I only have 1 T15, and the rest are all T11 and below, if I die early in the T15 I am left with worthless low level maps.

I did steal the atlas posted a few pages ago, and while it does seem to have helped with currency drops, the waystones are still few and far between. I have been making it a point to at least get to 200% waystone increase as well. Shit sucks.

This is how it is at first, eventually you just end up flooded with T15 maps once you're consistently killing bosses on boosted T15 maps.

Sounds like you need to juice your waystones if you are running blue garbage you aren't gonna get enough to matter.
