That's actually pretty neat, I've been using Delta 9 syrup in sprite since it doesn't taste like shit that way.


POE2 related: I'm going in almost completely blind other than their reveal and some combat videos from before the reveal. I still can't decide on a class and I feel like everyone and their mom is going Merc. Maybe I should go Monk.

Damn I guess I get it. It was nice having the option to pivot into another ascendancy if the experimental league starter you did didn't work out but I think I honestly only did that once.

merc and witch seem like the big winners for popularity. a good amount of sorc-chronomancers for the hipster builds. don't see many monks. yeah, go for it.

buffed tailwind seems very very good. but don't see much hype on deadeye, since its basically unchanged.

I think more than PoE 1 this will come down to more muscle memory with skills and WASD. If youre one of those that can adapt muscle memory quickly you will do well.

I kind of wish everyone would drop the whole "identify" thing. It makes sense from the gambling perspective of buying a generic rare and it rolls stats once purchased. But the regular drops needing to be identified seems like an extra step that just isn't necessary anymore except as some sort of arbitrary time/resource sink. Get a bunch of unidentified items, take them back to an NPC just to click a button and have them identified. What did you just accomplish that couldn't have been the same by showing the item stats when it dropped?

It's a game design choice they are deliberately making. Economy of action or some shit. I don't agree with it.

I'm 12379 in the queue for the DC server not sure if it will stay up all the way till launch, people in datmodz chat keeps saying it will reset an hour ahead for a small patch

Think I'm going to switch from Sorc Lightning caster to Chalupa Lightning caster, Chalupa seems to have more interesting ascendancies than Sorc which is pretty generic.

I'm downloading the stand alone as well if steam fucks up for some reason. But I much rather use the Steam client.

I have it on steam, but figure I might not even be able to play today? If the pre-load doesn't unlock until launch, then takes 15 minutes to decrypt, the queue (assuming the queue from Steam and stand alone client are the same) will probably be 100000+ before steam players even get the chance to join it.
