Yes.
Automating exposure is usually the way to go. There are usually better conditional buttons to push. Assuming you're playing shockwave totems, exposure might not even be worth the effort given there is no easy singular source of fire and cold exposure.
Doing the freezing pulse totems thing. I'll probably eventually buy a pandemonius. Does it's cold res pierce stack with frosbite, or are they both considered exposure? Sorry if these are dumb questions. Still fairly new and this game has A LOT to learn at once.

Sources of exposure do not stack. All sources of change to a target's resistance do stack.

That's a lot faster than past RF league play, although the damage still seems lacking outside of the explosions. Look how many rares he leaves behind lol.

Well even after the patch goliath of nights and the leader guy is still absolute bullshit faggotry. The only way to play league is some sort of cheese mechanic. Shit is just infuriating. 80k armor, 3 endurance charges 20 fortify, jugg unbreakable and 16% phys as element and I still get one shot at rank 400. Laughable. Even if they do overwhelm 30% phys mitigation that shouldn't be happening at rank 400. What a joke.

Lot less bullshit at 2k now if you have a proper build that can do it. Units do shit and get hung up less. Turtle actually dies, but can still protect 10 totems at once. Spear Dancers are much easier to dodge. Probably like 35-50% easier at the highest levels if you know how to dodge shit and use the right units in the right places.

He's not actually leaving them behind, they die. It's a Vortex/Cold Dot RF build. The stragglers get killed by the dots + ignites. The gameplay in the video is his HC version which only has 1mil POB damage. The SC version POB has 15mil.

This depends. The chieftains turtling is very annoying and prolongs matches, even if you aren't getting hit and dying, they chain cast nonstop even if you are in range and fighting. The wording in the patch notes made it seem like they would go berserk if you were out of range of them but they seem to be perma berserk instead and prefer just hanging out at their own totems.
The mechanic is still fully cheesable. Still rolling through matches at 2k with the void sphere buid. The matches against the ultra camper chieftains (Ikiaho especially) do take quite a bit longer now though.
For anyone wanting to play a normal build in there my suggestion would be to find a build that has max block and high evasion. Those 2 things combined will help with the one shots (their spells shouldn't one shot, just their phys attacks). Or just throw on a cloak of flames/lightning coil and gravicius mod your helm for actual phys as conversion numbers (16% is nothing)
