Transferred the guild to harfle. Keep in mind I started this guild when very few people on RR were playing so it wasn't a serious endeavor for me or anyone. Nobody else wanted to start a guild so I did. All of the stash tabs up to this point I paid for myself.
Thank you! People come and go with each patch lol.

I'm done for now. Beyond isn't that fun with the portal mobs basically shitting all over the flow of the game.

Heh. I just 6-linked my chest in about 30 fusings. I figured I'd try for a lucky 5L, but lo and behold, my first ever 6L. Playing strictly self-found, I never thought I'd get one.

And a Vaal Regalia at that.

I'm rolling a bow-ranger now because I found a pretty sweet quiver in A3 normal on my shadow yesterday (weapon ele damage, lightning damage, crit chance, crit multi, life, projectile speed). Only problem is I haven't played a ranger or bows since waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay waaaaaaaaay back very early in beta.

Am planning on building life, evasion, crit. What skill would work best with a quiver like the one I found (and i'm assuming a tri-ele bow would be my go to choice so that I actually get the benefit of weapon ele damage?) I don't really know how weapon ele damage works and whatnot. Everything I see about LA seems to point towards physical damage bows so I guess weapon ele is kind of pointless for a LA build? Split-arrow would probably be a good choice I guess, or maybe RoA?

Edit: fixed my quiver mods.

I'd love to play Beyond but no way would I do it in a hardcore mode. I'm far to reckless and experimental for that. Much props to everyone who braves it as it is. Beyond + Rampage would be a lot of fun though. Or Rampage plus an endless map

Herald of ice, auras for a weapon elemental.
High attack speed preference.

A skill that does elemental damage. Split arrow is all phys. so I doubt it. LA, burning, or ice I would think. Elemental hit.

Explosive arrow does not use weapon elemental.

Burning arrow is probably the best single target bow skill if you have heavy elemental mods. Lightning arrow is a great AoE skill for elemental. For both though, you still want high physical damage as well, because the damage they both do is based on physical first, which then converts to elemental. Another factor is leech is based only on the physical portion, and unless you go blood magic or something, you need to sustain the high mana costs of attacking 3-7 times per second with a 4-6 linked lightning arrow while ~88% of your mana pool is eaten up on reserved auras.

Divinity has messed with my head.

See poison clouds from poison arrow, etc... want them to explode from fire damage...
Raining in Ebony Barracks... why can the general throw fire traps?

So weapon elemental damage mods boost the lightning damage that gets converted from LA or the converted damage from auras? I wasn't sure if it worked like that or if it just boosted the actual base elemental damages on weapons and from jewelry/armor mods that give flat ele damage.

If that's the case, is there any reason at all to use a tri-ele bow instead of a phys bow?

Weapon elemental boosts all elemental damage your weapon deals, no matter the source. To give a simplified example:

100 base physical damage attack, 30% cold from hatred aura, 20% fire from added fire support, 50 flat lightning from bow/jewelry

Rank 1 lightning arrow would deal after conversions:
50 physical, 30 cold, 20 fire, 100 lightning = total damage dealt: 200

Add weapon elemental support (rank 1), and it now deals:
50 physical, 42 cold, 28 fire, 140 lightning = total damage dealt: 260

If that's the case, is there any reason at all to use a tri-ele bow instead of a phys bow?
It depends on a few things. There's far, far more scaling for physical in the passive tree vs elemental. You can get to something like +450% physical bow damage by level ~65 or so as a ranger. On the other hand, if you get something like a thicket bow with innate attack speed bonus rolled onto it, flat elemental damage becomes very, very strong, especially at lower gear levels, because weapon elemental damage is an easy to get mod on multiple gear slots (weapon, quiver, belt, I think rings too?).

yeah.

Well a few things to consider. shadow does have some +elemental.
There IS 32% weapon elemental for ranger. And alot bow stuff is projectile which, would be both as well.

For wizard, again, yeah attack speed is very important for an elemental attack setup.

Thought about it more. And consider a scion buzzsaw is off spectral throw, which is all physical innate. (but easier access to templar +elementals.)
So yeah, barrage or split shot should be good. You want as many hits as possible, as fast as possible. The elemental on weapon, from hatred, herald of ice and ash being applied on hit, as much as possible. should be able to get hatred, haste, herald of ice and ash, with a reduced mana gem or two. blood magic your main attack.
not sure if chain or fork.

Something like this. but add in life nodes too.

Looks ok. Summoners are fairly easy to build (Start as witch and beeline for summon nodes. Make a circuit around the tree.) The only real decision is do you go ES or Life? Easier to go ES with all the ES nodes lying around the witch area but then you need decent ES gear to make it work. I personally hate ES because I never seem to have enough ES to not eventually die a lot when I try it but others will swear by it.

Running ES is more complicated than that. Chaos damage penetrates ES; a low life high ES build will get wrecked by any chaos damage mobs, it's just a matter of time. Think of Spinesnap in the sewers. One way to mitigate this is taking the Chaos Innoculation keystone, but this opens up more issues. Your vulnerability to status effects is determined by life. 1 life high chaos immune ES still means you're extremely vulnerable to being frozen/stun locked. There are uniques to help with that, too... But they have otherwise shitty stats so that means the other pieces of gear you have need to be really strong.

I haven't actually played an ES build so others feel free to correct me if I'm wrong.

Thats exactly right, chaos innoc or shavs is needed and then anti freeze. Dream fragments and Auxium are usually what you use for the no freeze.

Could use a guild on Rampage, ign is Bixxby. This game has one of the worst global chats I've ever seen.

I'm totally missing the new season 'cause I'm still having a lot of fun in swtor. But I wanted to see how the classes broke down for the opening weekend.

Still no Duelist love. The reduced Scion numbers make sense with the changes to Ranger.

I'm enjoying the Beyond league quite a bit, but it also fits into my play-style. I enjoy exploring and clearing an entire map, those extra mobs are some nice experience. Also the new crafting NPCs definitely reward full-map exploration, I've found a few tucked away in some pretty obscure places on a map. Slowly plugging away with a level 48 Scion(spectral throw/lightning strike/zombies).

I REALLY like the new HP changes. On my first real HC character for this league, I was at about 1800HP by the end of Act 1 with some really, really shitty gear. I can't imagine what some characters will be like once I have a nice stash of good leveling gear.
