GGG said there was an exploit using instance crashing to craft rares and someone on reddit said PHC was flooded with near perfect rares but didn't mention about weapons
As far as I understood, you needed chaos/exalts and then to crash the instance in case you didn't get lucky, triggering a rollback, so unless you had the currency, it was useless.

They also banned people who exploited that. Items still out there I'm sure, but people who profitted from it are most likely all banned.

I have an entire tab of leather belts ready to be chanced. Since there is a 100% chance I won't get a headhunter I'm thinking about trying out this Ranger/Raider Reaver using two of those unique jewels that is kind of like headhunter. I just want a fun build.

Beat normal and went back to complete the labyrinth and died to the last boss fight, combo of boss hitting me and running into one of those moving blades I didn't see in a mass of mobs.

yeah, I'd recommend a good level 40 for normal izaro. 66+ for cruel. not sure on merc. But yeah, hes even more dangerous then malachai.

actually fighting him is not too bad. you should be able to avoid most of the damage. just move between door and center of the room. point a, to point b, back to point 1. no traps. dont run around the room. his attacks are all telegraphed pretty well, that you can dodge them. only mortars tend to hit me regularly.

Immortal Call is also very strong. Since he tends to do damage in large chunks being able to survive through the chunking I've found to make the fight much easier.

As long as you don't get ported into the traps by the green vortex thing, I found him almost facetank-able. But then again, 40% of incoming damage goes to mana on my char. The problem with IC is that he has to keep spawning minions for you to generate charges, either through warlords or enduring cry, so it's not advisable for full combo.

Gota Belly of the Beast yesterday from Cadiro, pretty cool. Not really cheaper than market value(which is adjusted due to being way more common now I assume), but at least I don't have to trade. Playing self found so far, I'm like 62 or whatever doing the usual SRS summoner shit, works well. Necromancer is such a boost in power to the build, I don't even know what to get with my skill point cause nothing seems really necessary. Probably just gonna stack more health.

Was looking at the list of melee skills the other day to make a build, I do hope they add some new good agility skills. The last few they added were kinda boring, Frost Blades and the tri elemental one. It's pretty dumb that the best skill is still Reave. Meanwhile Ground Slam now has good alternatives with EQ and Sunder.If you prefer elemental you have the lightning charged shit I forgot the name of or the fire balls one and stuff, but the agi skills feel like they haven't really had anything good since Reave. Obviously could use the str skills but I don't really like how they're all like axe/maces/staff, I want to use swords and daggers and shit.

I think they've added some greatdexskills, just on the shadow and ranger spectrum and not the duelist. I really enjoy blade vortex and have decided to make a build around it in standard league with GG gear. Plus, blast rain became the best single target arrow skill. I do agree that it might be a bit lacking but cyclone is still pretty solid =P

Sorry always mix dex and agi when I haven't been playing for a while. And I meant melee, vortex is more like some weird spell casting stuff, didn't like it too much. I had hoped viper strike with melee splash would be nice back when they changed poison stuff, but it turned out to be shit in the end and using a strong physical with a poison support was better for some reason.

Maybe a new skill that somehow scales with attack speed more so than say crit, doesn't need to be as huge as reave but should have decent aoe because skills that have poor aoe are crappy, and preferably not a projectile based aoe like frost blades and lightning strike since those are annoying to scale when most of your damage increases don't affect them.

Not all the str are str weapons. Molten strike is fine with daggers/claws. also makes use of point blank. I am not sure how it interacts with chain or +100% crit on point blank pierce... MS does behave like frost blades. the direct melee hit is a melee hit. the aoe projectiles are projectiles, which do not scale with melee damage.


Flicker probably still better with 2h, but raider does have that extra frenzy gen now.

Yeah problem is Flicker is like play 10mins, take a break for 5mins cause of all the fucking non stop movement. Shit's way too annoying imo. But I'd like a skill that behave similarily, just less random patterns.

For example, a damage version of Whirling Blades. Make it so it has say a cooldown, but the cooldown resets on certain conditions like hitting 3 enemies or expanding a frenzy charge(kinda boring though as that's like Flicker) so it's not a movement skill and doesn't eclipse whirling blades entirely. Then make it do high damage. So you can zip around groups of shit just slashing them down, would look cool and be kinda fun I think, especially against bosses where you just slash back and forth around them.

Maybe a skill that stacks buffs on you on every hit, and once you reach max you get a temporary buff that makes the skill do big damage in an aoe or whatever. The base skill itself wouldn't be too good but not horrible, the max stage would be very strong but would need to be restacked every x seconds. It'd favor very high attack speed builds with like dual wielding, sword nodes, fast swords, to stack as fast as possible then get better uptime on the buff. Can use melee splash to make it aoe, and it'd have a rythm where you mow down the trash then explode rares/unique mobs with the buff then go find more trash and so on.

I don't know I'm just not a fan of the current melee skills.

What are all the cool kids playing to grind to 90 ? Storm Call hierophant is fun, but I think I'm hitting the limits unless I get a 6 link armor and some crazy gear. I'm sitting on 1ex and like 100c, so I have some options.

Voltaxic champion. 6-linked my voltaxic yesterday and have been working on my lightning coil, spent about 4 ex in fusings but no dice so far.

I'm also doing a blade vortex ascendant on standard, with silly gear

Shit, forgot how trash mapping is before you meet Zana. Wish your hideout would show act3 when you came from there instead of showing act4 map as the default adding unnecessary clicking on top of the shitty double loadings.

yeah. took me something like 40-60 maps to find her last season. was tedious and infuriating.

not yet this seasons either, but only have done like 5-7 maps so far.

Dialla should reward you the map device for some act 4 reward.

Yep its terrible. Not only do you get the rewards of the using the map device with Zana but you can also put your stash and a vendor right next to where you portal out. Especially since you are probably pretty broke and picking up items to sell for chromes it gets super tedious having to port back to Sarn every single fucking map.

Map ui change, adding an eternal laboratory, and labyrinth wp icon, like your hideout icon. for easier access to each. direct from any map location.
