If only more damage was the lone requirement for killing bosses. A lot of the Trickster's notables don't function on bosses. The biggest problem I found was building a character based on evasion and energy shield is asking to get one shot or having sustain issues on your energy shield.

You don't have to focus the trickster on energy shield and armor gets 1shot by stuff at basically the same rate as evasion since it's crap for big hits. They also have a 5% dmg per frenzy/power charge (my flickster setup has 5 or 6 of each = 50%-60% increased damage) and get mana buffs if you want to go the MoM route. Don't get hit for a few seconds in between hits and es recharge will proc ghost dance for 40% aspd and cast speed and another 20% from weave the arcane for using a movement skill which everyone uses except wanders.

People are planning on triple converting all the way to fire, not double. Most people playing trickster should go for something like Physical --> Cold --> Fire.
Also defenses are silly, seeing 80% evasion and 200 movement speed and getting like 2k ES pretty easily on top of 6k life.

Yeah that's what I meant by double converting. Convert twice = 3 damage types. I don't see how you can get full conversion on every element and make it worthwhile unless you're in standard with a bunch of legacy gear that converts at higher rates. Fully going phys - light - cold - fire just not feasible.

Thanks for that. I need to find a new build lol. Amulet that is "required" on the build I found started off at 300c and dropped to 200c. Not a good starter. Probably even more now with deadeye builds. Blah.

Ice Shot Deadeye. The bow and quiver were next to nothing. I guess I'm going to look thru the bot builds I linked above and find a somewhat cheap build. I'm always broke to begin with.

Pandemonius or the cold version of Impresence? Neither would be required to get that type of build functioning. They're good stretch goals but not required. Any type of deadeye bow build is a good starter, especially with how strong lioneyes glare is.

One of the race leagues had a Pyre (100% cold to fire) as the shit tier reward so there is always those available. When you get rewards in PoE they come in stash tabs that show up even in the leagues, as long as they didn't touch the reward.

Yeah scourge claw I used last league started off more, but it rapidly came down. The pandemonius didn't. I'm slow as can be and normally broke so we'll see what else I can get away with. I'm not a big boss killer. This last league I did red elder and no shaper, I never broke 5k life lol. Not a fan of all the phases and running around to dodge this and that.
Bow build just cause I haven't yet. Started saying bow build a month ago and now the hype train is real on deadeye from everyone. Nice timing.
