Man that looks kinda bullshit to me and uncomfortable. We tried those socks for our dog and he kept doing the moonwalk and hates anything on his paws. Can you just buy a cheap runner or rug for the areas the dog uses a lot?View attachment 560215
Anyone have any experience with these? My 16 year old border collie is really struggling with my hard floors. He does much better outdoors or even on the deck where there's some traction. This looks like total bullshit to me, but if it could be of some help to him it would be worth the $40. I don't want to spend it on bullshit though. Any thoughts?
I don't have experience with those, but I've tried the ones for cats because way back in the day the pound freaked the fuck out when I said I was going to get the cat I was about to adopt declawed. So I went along with it for a month and put these little rubber sleeves on her claws. She was actually a total sweetheart and didn't maul me while I was doing it, and they were definitely on there securely. However, she chewed them all off within a day, and I even found some in her poop, so I didn't want her dying from that bullshit and gave up on them.View attachment 560215

Thought about some area rugs or carpet runner? Our doggo doesn't like hardwood, and when we got the fence put up, we put some carpet runners down in the kitchen and dining room so that he can navigate the hardwood to the back door.View attachment 560215

I'm sorry. She's beautiful. Fingers crossed maybe something happens and she turns for the better.Snowflipper
poor cat. 2 surgeries: one for a diaphragmatic hernia which we thought was primary problem. Then another 1 month later for intestinal blockage.
everyone thought she ate something, turns out it was just a hairball because she has lymphoma. So a piece of intestine was cut out and now every day is a struggle. On a gambit of medication but we can see quality of life is ass right now.
probably going to have to say by soon but every now and then she shows a positive day and attitude. But generally speaking no play or energy. Just kind lounges all day…more than a normal cat.
anyway not looking for pity. I’ve been here before with a dog and I know many on this forum said bye to fuzzy friends. Just wanted to share her before she goes. Damn thing is only 1 year old(starting Feb. 2025). Literally dealt the shittiest genetic hand ever.
