That starting list you have is pretty decent. The way the game is currently played the emphasis probably should be on one of the combo leads(the top 12 of your list). The issue would then be getting good at comboing to activate their leader abilities. Green Odin/Archangel Lucifer will get you to the early end game fairly easily as well.

Its something you can add to your name under one of the options in the game. There is no clan/guild system I think it was done so that when a friend request was sent people would know who they were

List is also missing red sonia and dqxq. Red sonia you would have to wait for a godfest to pull. I'd rate both very highly.


@rr is just added to the username to make it eaiser to pick out board members in friend requests.

I've done 8 rerolls since making my first post, combined with however many I had done before. I'd guess I'm in the 25-30 range. Haven't hit on a single one from that list, except for Valk. I didn't have that one on my original list, but I saw it come up somewhere else. Unfortunate, cause it was a 5* too. I'm getting pretty sick of rerolling though. It's been like 7 or 8 hours of this shit.

If you plan on playing for a while it will make the game go much smoother if you stick with it. It really will.

I'd wait until the next Godfest to reroll, you're just asking for frustration otherwise. Maybe take the next vaguely decent monster you get and use it to practice and collect stones. Next Godfest use those stones and pray, and if no luck get rerolling.

You can change your in game name at any point under options, the rr is just part of your name. The next godfest has a good shot of being Egyptian, which is at most two weeks out. Rolling during non godfests is terrible.

Isn't that potentially like 2-4 weeks away at any given point? What the fuck is the point of hoping to play an app game a month from now?

I will say it one last time, secure your end game leader before you start playing with your initial role. Absolutely nothing guarantees that you will EVER see one. I have not pulled one legitimate combo leader in approaching 18 months of playing this stupid game on two accounts. But my second account does have a lucifer and a light meta - which will work in getting through decends. I have pulled the rem for the vast majority of all my free stones on godfests with combo leads (egyption etc). The first account is retired, the second account is rank 150. Get impatient and you'll just hit the cockblock months from now - with no way to generate stones minus what they give you. Dropping 100 bucks on this game can pull you 20 shit monsters - there is no guarantees.

You either keep rerolling now until you hate the game for not giving you a starter worth a shit or you take the next decent one so you can start playing, and when the next Godfest rolls around in 2 weeks you have a few rolls saved up to get a head start. If one of those rolls nets you a Kirin or something HOORAY! You have some ranks/gold/stones under your belt and some practice playing. If you roll shit you just go back to rerolling.

Events have been pretty much every other week, so you are like two weeks off tops.

That makes sense...but that was essentially my original question, and why I posted a list of like 20 different starters. Am I wrong in interpreting what you're saying is that those 20 are too fucking rare still, and I need to broaden that list? If so, that's what I want to know. At what point do I say, "This is a decent enough starter for now?"

There is no "Decent" enough starter - anything can be a starter. But if you want to be able to tackle the hardest content in the game you must have a small subset of leaders available to you. You can either, earn 5 free stones until you get one by rerolling constantly. Or you can just play. Save up stones - and roll later. But you've seen - You've now spent 20+ rolls on the REM. You haven't seen one of the power 4-5 leaders. So translate that into the free stones they hand out and the ones you earn from dungeons. There is 50 stones available in normals/technicals completing to both castle of satan/castle of satan in the abyss + running them again with challenge mode. That's 10 pulls. Past that you've got 1 time stones for all the special dungeons, a few for the dailies, and then the harder dungeons that exist + decends. They do hand out free stones decently - but that's just it they are stones not gods.

Its ultimately up to you. Just realize that if you don't start with a great decend leader in your box - there is absolutely nothing that guarantees you'll see one and the starting rem pull is the easiest/fastest of all available methods. If you have mega bad luck your account will be dead and unable to progress until you get one of the mentioned cards. I have played 2 accounts to level 130+ and my second account is in a good place, the first is retired because I settled on a starter that didn't unlock the end game and 13 months of rem pulls never yielded 1 combo leader.

Pretty much anything that's 2X+ damage to anything should fit the "decent enough to kill time til Godfest" role.

The chance of pulling a legit top 12 or whatever leader outside of a Godfest is just way too low. You're going to be rolling in Golems and heartbreakers and hating life.

Keep it. If you get good rolls at the next godfest or spend cash she can be great, if not you are going to reroll anyway.
