I'm pretty happy with UmiYama. As long as I can get a good friend pairing I've been able to pretty much rock the dungeons. Even when I don't have good damage, I have pretty awesome survivability.

I just can't wait until I get some good subs to pair up with it. Kind of sucks when I'm just upgrading a bunch of 1* crap.

Alright, I'm 20 now. Haven't been friended by anyone on RR though, but if anyone wants to do the present thing, my id is 357,318,388.

Edit: So I ended up getting a light present egg from that. What in the fuck do I do with it?

So how many stones should I use to expand my box? I've got 10 stones right now, and 35 spaces. My damn thing keep getting filled with shit I apparently need, but it's all useless from what I can tell right now.

3 Plants
4 Gold Dragons
1 Metal Dragon
1 Dragon Flower
7 Evolution Masks
1 Keeper of Forest
1 Ruby Pengdra

So that's 18 out of 35, plus 5 for my team, and a few random assorted stuff which I'm hanging onto. Which basically makes it feel like I never have space.

I just don't want to regret expanding it and this Godfest comes and I end up screwing myself. I guess I haven't figured out what's worthwhile. I've sold very little of them for gold, mostly just fuse shit. I also have no idea if that's what I should be doing. Just fusing crap over and over to level them up?

Coming into the game when it's this mature is rough. All the guides for builds and shit assume you just have assloads of awesome shit already. And the newbie guide seemed to cover just about the first 30 minutes, plus rerolling.

Just save stones and role max amount of times on the up and coming players choice godfest. If you pull garbage out of the Rem (possible) you'll be rerolling anyways, and its a good godfest to reroll during if your rem luck is poor. Good shot at many quality leads.

So wait, you're telling me the ridiculous amount of rerolling to get UmiYama wasn't the end of it, and I need to get lucky a 2nd time to have a game worth a shit? What the fuck?

No... I would stick with UmiYami. With the right subs he will get you through a good chunk of the game. Unless you plan to buy stones, I agree with him that you should save your stones for this godfest. Its players choice so there will be lots of good leads/subs in it.

You should start farming some non-rem subs. Dragon guardian is up on the 25th and 26th if you can get a mystic stone knight that's good. Farm a vampire and a siren next, round out your team light globe dragon.

That's a good short term plan. Your box space will expand until you hit 50, no reason to expand it now.

Dragons of the tower is half stamina on weekends, and is the best xp per stam at your level. Grind it to rank up to around 100.

Plants: easy to come buy, get rid of them unless you need them in the next week (every Thursday you can get more). - Get rid of them
Gold dragons: aren't "tough" to get, but they don't have a huge use (except selling them) unless you know pengdra village is coming (maybe, no fucking clue). - Save/Get rid of them, doesn't matter
Metal Dragon: easy to get. - Get rid of it
Dragon Flower: same as plants, but even LESS used. save if you need it in the next week, get rid of it otherwise - Get rid of it
7 Evolution Masks: which ones? what star? if they're 1 or 2 star, get rid of them, if they're 3 star (or 5 star), hold onto 2 of each - Save depending on amounts/colors
1 Keeper of Forest: Not hard to get, but not quite easy for you. - Save
1 Ruvy Pengdra: It's a feeder mob. Gives 45k experience to a similar color mob that it's fed to. Feed it to something good.

As a note: I've got over 400 box space, and I save an unlimited amount of "rare" materials (gold egg materials), and at most 3 of anything else that isn't required for skill ups that I'm actively farming. I wouldn't go more than 2 for yourself unless you KNOW you need it based on how "new" you are (example: Vampire takes 4 demon masks to get to Vampire Lord, so keep 4 if you are going to evolve him).


Save your stones, roll on the godfest. You might get an "easier" starter, or a complimentary team member for U&Y.

I hadn't see anyone mention it...But when you are low level...The best way to spend any time/stam in PAD is sitting in either the weekend dungeon, or the Tower of Giants and chain leveling...The XP from clearing Tower of Giants during the weekend bonus will level you up rapidly and you can chain clear Tower/level/refresh stam/repeat. You should be able to do the same with the weekend dungeon, but it is a bit harder to clear than Tower of Giants.

Also, the weekend dungeon is just Red/Green/Blue (not Yellow/Purple) so you can't use U&Y in there effectively. Tower of Giants (and specifically Dragons of the Tower inside that dungeon) is the best stamina to XP ration for a long time. You should be able to chain run that to rank 97 before you start running out of stamina before you rank up (and get a free stamina refill).
