Brass is pretty expensive to get any of the updated horns and the like. Probably better served with cash at a low level to buy MR gear and MM instruments (Drum/Lute @ 100-150p ea)

I linked up with poseidon a bit for about a yellow of 53-54 swarm xp in BW. Having the 51 dru upheaval spell expedited things a bit, as it is a 680~ pt PBAE. Having some good PBAE damage classes really speeds up the kill rate.

That would work.

I really want to get my epic knocked out, but I need the Faydedar pod of seawater MQ'ed as well as a couple last corrupted mobs. I can likely pick up the faydedar water on our next faydedar raid night, but I might need some bros to help me knock out these last few corrupted (And get a damn jade reaver).
