I made it 15 minutes. This show has to have a record for the amount of woke stuff in it. They wanted to make a show on apartheid in South Africa and called it Resident Evil.

Watched the first 15 minutes and it just looks fucking awful. If you arent gonna have the budget for good cgi just make it animated.

This is a tv show where the very first episode has a good chunk of the run time focusing on some high school mean girls drama over the mulatto daughter being a vegan.
Also in case you dont know, Whesker is white in the video games and comically evil. Yet here hes a black guy whose a loving, caring father? Do you know what woke is?

The first point is entirely fair, the second is terrible because Wesker is not only *not* a loving father in any way, he's also the best thing about the first episode, and entirely obviously evil.
His threats to the kid's father were the highlight of an admittedly underwhelming first episode.

This "resident evil" has exceedingly very little in common the video game series. Literally 50% of it is a cw young adult drama. Why would you assume that Wesker is going to be the same character he is in the games when the show is so radically different? Apparently the Wesker in this universe has tons and tons of clones(lol ripping off the movies) and the "true" Wesker is indeed evil, what you see in the flashbacks is merely a clone.
