Rick and Morty

It almost defeats the purpose of the show to think that any given episode is a different version of Rick and Morty. The show centers around C137 Rick and Morty and that's that until we see otherwise. Although I will admit it is possible that Morty is a different Morty or some shit, that seems like something they'd pull (in a similar vein to the Venture Bros all being clones).

I am leaning towards the episode being a kind of flashback hallucination thing since it ends on a positive note and that is in line with what happened in the episode... maybe... possibly. IDK, still awesome.

That Reddit article is just as much AIDS as the crazy ass True Detective theories that were/are on Reddit. This show is great and has some beautiful and strangely thought provoking moments while at the same time being fucking hysterical.

However, I do not think that it is a convoluted mess like that guy makes it out to be. It leaves too much for the viewers to simply NEVER be able to find or figure out. Just taking it as it is given (without making ANY leaps at all) is PLENTY fucked up and strange in and of itself. There is no reason to layer it like that, unless they were completely high when they wrote it and just forgot about their grandiose plans entirely.

Move the fuck over Pizzolatto.

Also @Xevy. I would agree with you, but the show has showed continuity to the infinite characters theme many times. Like Morty telling Summer that he had buried himself in the back yard and looks at his own grave everyday, the evil Morty/Rick, etc. This makes it just part of the show's genius.

There needs to be a big surge of popularity in doing car/phone navigation voice overs, because I'd love to have the option to select from many different voices, including both Rick and Morty. And Mr. Poopy Butthole. I know there were a few people like Snoop Dogg that did it for certain ones years ago, but it really needs to become a thing. I'd use my navigation just to get to and from work every day if that were the case. Who needs radio when you can hear the sweet, scratchy, not-yet-a-man voice of Morty telling you when to turn??
