From info so far I'd guess if it's an elite skill it will require something like 80 Mining, Summoning and Construction.

Got 80 divination and unlocked invention! Working on prayer and at 91...I was going to stop at 92 but I might shoot for 95 instead. I also need to start herblore but am not looking forward to mixing 14k potions....bleh.

Doing Big Game Hunter, I've gotten 2 Dragon Mattocks so far. Sold one for 170m, the other for 165m. (about 78 dinos done)

Both RS3 and OSRS are easy to get in to. There is a reason why the games slogan is "Your Greatest Adventure"

Rs is not a very deep game, but it is incredibly wide.

I think of rs as a conglomeration of a few hundred minigames.

Start rs3 though. OSrs is for dedicated masochists.
